What is included in pre-move-in cleaning?

The service is designed to prepare your new home before you move in. It covers the main rooms and surfaces throughout the property, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas, with additional attention to areas that are easier to access while the property is empty.

When should I book my move-in cleaning?

Ideally, the cleaning should be completed after the previous occupants have left and before your furniture and belongings are moved in. This gives us better access throughout the property.

Does the property need to be completely empty?

An empty property is ideal because it allows easier access to floors, cupboards, corners and other areas. However, if the property is furnished, contact us with the details and we’ll confirm what can be done.

Can you clean inside cupboards and drawers?

If cupboards and drawers are empty, internal cleaning can be included where agreed as part of the service. Let us know what you require when requesting your quote.

Can you clean inside the oven and fridge?

Oven and fridge interior cleaning can be requested as additional services. Let us know when booking and we’ll confirm availability and pricing.

What cleaning products and equipment are provided?

The customer should provide the cleaning products, vacuum cleaner and mop needed for the service. Please make sure these are available at the property before the cleaning begins.
